Auch Hyundai bietet nun einen digitalen Schlüssel mithilfe einer App an.
Hyundai has created the ‘Digital Key’ that means users can unlock their vehicles, and then start the engine by placing their phone on a wireless charging pad in the centre of the car.
The app can be used by up to four people for one vehicle and the app can also control the mirrors, seats and steering wheel.
The app also allows someone else to drive the car without the owner and the driver meeting but instead allows them to transfer the Digital Key via the smartphone app.
And by using Bluetooth, the Digital Key can also lock and unlock the vehicle, activate the alarm and start the engine remotely.
